Tickets are now on sale for our Spring 2023 event- A Season of Smiling! Tickets are available for 40 euro for a Weekend Ticket, 30 euro for Students/Unwaged, and 10 Euro for a Monstering ticket.
Additionally, we would like to remind folks that Downtimes Close this coming Sunday, 16/04/2023 at 23.59PM. To downtime, you must have submitted your character for approval after choosing your new species feat, and any re-stats you may have done using the ‘Submit for Approval’ button on the top-right of your character page in the Database.
It’s important to make sure you are also downtiming in a Location which allows for the Actions you wish to take- For example, some Locations lack a Smithy, and therefore you cannot craft Blacksmith items in that area (you’ll have to Travel first). You must also be specific about the location you’re travelling to: You cannot travel to ‘Baol’- You’d need to travel to a specific location in Baol, as mentioned in your character’s ‘Known Locations’ list.

We’d also like to draw attention to the Player-Run In-Character Social this Saturday 15 April, from 1.30pm in Fibber Magees, Parnell Street, Dublin. If you have an approved character, you may attend the social even if you have not attended a full Five Oaths Event so far. For our existing players, it’ll be a great opportunity to slip into character for a while and re-learn everyone’s names! The Galloglaigh are celebrating Bridging Day- a day commemorating the Réig’s first coming to Tiernach, and much merriment and discussion will be had. It’s important to note that this is a social event- attendance is not mandatory, no XP will be granted for attending and there will be no ‘plot’ in the same way you would get in a parlour larp or full Five Oaths Event.
Looking forward to seeing you all soon!
The Five Oaths Team
