We here at Event Team Towers have been busy lately, and as you know there are changes afoot in the land of Tirneach. You may also have been wondering what changes there might be with the Players Handbook and Fields, particularly following our announcement regarding the Weeping.
Well, wonder no more! You can follow this link and discover the updates that have been made to implement the revamped Weeping. Updated text is in red, and there’s a quick summary of changes on the Version History.
As Weeping are no longer a species but instead an option at character creation, the choice of being a Weeping now functions similarly to the choice of being Peacesworn. The steps of character creation explain how choosing to be a Weeping works, and their interaction with rituals is explained in the ritual rules and in the Weeping Feat.
Aside from the Weeping, one slight change has been made to add the “Referee” keyword to certain rituals that need a Referee present. This was already a requirement for several rituals and has been added for clarity. It is now also a requirement for Make Peace Before War.
These changes of rules will be made to the Player Database over the next while so don’t worry if you don’t see them immediately. We hope you’re looking forward to the event in August, we have a lot of plans for the Season of Renewal. See you there!
