We’re using a different form provider this time around, as we’re pushing the limits of what a Google Form can do, and the ch-ch-changes to downtime actions presented an opportunity.

If you have already submitted but have changed your mind (or can’t remember if you’ve submitted or not), you can resubmit your downtime – if we get multiple submissions from one person, we’ll only look at the last one that came in. For more information on how downtime works, you can look at this page – as of right now it’s a little out of date following recent changes, but we’ll get it updated soon.
