With backgrounds now open for submission, we have been receiving some questions about the lifespans of different species. We have included the below excerpt from “On the Lives of the Species” an IC work detailing various facts and statistics about the different peoples of Tirneach.
A land far to the West of Tirneach, Schlachtfeld is the ancestral home of the Krieger. While most of the Krieger in Tirneach are descended from those who came across the sea long ago new arrivals are not unheard of, though it is admittedly far more likely to meet a ship full of raiders at sea.
The homeland of the Firetouched, Orohogar is very different to Tirneach. Situated in a vast desert surrounded by oceans, those who come directly from Orohogar to Tirneach can have trouble adjusting.
Without a doubt the most mysterious aspect of Leasiar life and culture is the Path of Many Candles. Those who are walking the path cannot remember why or how they came to do so, and those who oversee the the ritual are often less forthcoming than inquiring minds would wish them to be, leaving fertile ground for wild rumours and speculation.
